I have only included general information on this page. Links to the specific areas are located in the menu's above left and right and also at the bottom of the page. Please be patient as I add more companies to these  areas and be sure to login regularly to check for updates. I will contact you via the email you have signed up with to notify you of new sites which have been added to the specific areas. You are  welcome to contact me anytime about any of the information included in the members area.

1] NEWS - this is where I will post any site news and relevant information on the latest scams etc.., 
2] RESOURCES - located on this page are resources to help you in specific areas (such as Mystery Shopping) more resources will be added as they become available. 
3] CONTACT US - this will take you to the contact form, feel free to contact me whenever you need to. 
4] FORUM - this will take you to the FORUM where you can register and communicate with other members from this website and other people who participate in Mystery Shopping, Online Surveys, Focus Groups and other types of paid research. I created this Forum on the 14th of November, 2006 as I felt the industry was lacking such a resource and vital meeting place for people like you and I who work in this industry. I have also created a Private area for verified members of this Membership site to communicate with other members. In this area you are able to alert other members of any concerns you may have with any of the companies listed in the databases of this member's area, whether it be payment related, customer service issues or any other topic, this is the place to let us all know about it. I invite and encourage all members to join the forum and together we can make this a great resource and meeting place for everyone involved.



MARCH 2007 NEWSLETTER

HELLO to everyone, I hope you all have had a good month. WELCOME to all new members and Thank You for joining OZZIESHOPPER and to all of the members who joined since OZZIESHOPPER's inception in August 2006, Thank You for being a valued member.

Another month passes us by, they seem to go quicker the older I get or is it just that I've been so busy there just never seems to be enough hours in the day to get everything done and a new month rolls in before I know it!

GENERAL NEWS:
There were no new companies added during the month of March, however, I have removed one company from the survey companies database as they have proven to be unreliable. To find out why this company was removed CLICK HERE

SHOPPER NEWS:
After signing up with Retail Reality (MS company in the Australian & New Zealand databases) approximately 12 months ago, they finally contacted me with an available assignment in my area. The assignment was for SANITY MUSIC and was a trial to assess whether I was a "capable" Mystery Shopper. I have been doing this work for quite some time and was a bit taken aback that I needed to prove my skills to this company for half the regular payment fee that their shoppers normally receive for assessing this clients business. I did the assignment and reported it well before the deadline knowing full well that I would pass their trial with flying colours. I went away for a week (and survived the entire week without any computer access!) and didn't give this assignment a second thought so when I returned and accessed my emails I wasn't overly suprised to learn I had been accepted by Retail Reality as a Mystery Shopper although I was quite chuffed that I had passed their assessment! I am currently waiting to receive their welcome package and induction papers to make it official, oh and my "half-fee" pay cheque for the assignment, I get to keep the Pink CD I purchased so it's nice to have a different perk for a change.

FORUM NEWS:
Since changing the new registration process the amount of "spam registrations" has decreased slightly. I have also taken the added security measure of removing access to the Memberlist, this information is now only available to myself and will ensure that registered members retain their privacy and profile details from guests (unregistered members) and potential spammers. [Just to go over the details for members who did not read the last newsletter] "Due to a recent spate of "spam registrations" I felt it necessary to change the process for new registrations on the forum. All new registrations must now be approved before the account is activated, if I suspect that the new account is not genuine (ie; a spammer) then the account will be deleted and the email address will be added to the banned list. As a security measure and to ensure all verified members of this site are granted access to the forum I have taken the liberty to register the majority of members on the forum, this was done after the January newsletter was sent out so you should have received a notification email, as I have activated most of these registrations from the forums administration panel some members may not have received the second notification informing them their account is now activated. If any members did not receive any notifications of their forum registration please contact me as the first notification contains your username and password to access the forum, your username for the forum is also different to the username for the members area, this was done for security reasons.

UPDATES:
As mentioned in the last newsletter I will be introducing some new areas to the Member's Area. I will be implementing these areas this month so members will receive an update email in the next week or so with all relevant details for these areas.

The development of OZZIE WEB HOSTING (my web hosting business) is progressing well and should be completed and fully functioning by the end of April. Hosting is available to Australian Residents and the servers are located in Brisbane's newest and largest Datacentre, the Pegasus Data Centre. The site is partially completed so if anyone is interested in web hosting for their site please feel free to contact me.
